On January 27, 2020, SB 7 became effective permitting occupational licensing boards to issue temporary licenses to military and spouses. The Board is required to adopt the requirements of the new law.
Below is a new Military Considerations rule and a Business Impact Analysis that provides an assessment of the Board’s proposed rule. (The current Military Considerations rule is proposed to be rescinded in order to adopt the new requirements of SB 7.)
